At Harit Homes, we take pride in providing high-quality, biodegradable, and plant-based products. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make your shopping experience pleasant and worry-free.
1. Returns Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened or used.
Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless defective).
Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or wrongly delivered, we cover the return shipping cost.
For all other return reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
